GENERAL BILL by Seiler ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan ; Rich ; Slosberg ; Sobel ; Wishner
Seniors' Services; authorizes each county to create independent special district to provide funding for seniors' services; requires approval by majority vote of electors to annually levy ad valorem taxes not to exceed certain maximum; creates governing board for special district; authorizes county to create dependent special district to provide certain services for seniors, etc. Creates 125.903; amends 189.404.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
