GENERAL BILL by Siplin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller ; Dawson ; Wilson ; Lawson ; Hill ; Bullard ; Bennett

FCAT/Parents' Review; authorizes student's parent & accompanying student to review questions & student's answers to those questions on the criterion-referenced portion of Fla. Comprehensive Assessment Test; requires DOE to honor requests within certain time period; delays date by which Commissioner of Education must approve use of specified standardized tests as alternative to grade 10 FCAT, etc. Amends 1008.23,.22, 1003.433; repeals 1008.301.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
