SB 1912: Student Assessment Program/Schools

Student Assessment Program/Schools; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S332,1912,2678) delays date by which Education Commissioner must approve use of other available standardized tests as alternatives to grade-10 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT); provides exemption from assessment requirement for high school graduation for certain students whose parents transfer to this state under military orders, etc. Amends 1008.22, 1003.433.
