Highlands Co. Hospital District; codifies, reenacts, amends, & repeals certain special acts; fixes & prescribes boundaries of district; provides & defines powers & purposes of district & its board of commissioners; authorizes board to establish, contract for, lease, operate, & maintain any hospital it has established in district; authorizes establishment of hospital staff & nursing school; provides for liability insurance, etc.
