GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Children and Families ; Lynn

Child Support; redefines term "support order" for purposes of specified provisions, to include order of administrative agency; provides for continuation of support obligation at same amount after emancipation until any arrearage is satisfied; provides intent of Legislature for DOR to work with other stakeholders to identify strategies to increase collection of child support from incarcerated parents, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 06/18/2004 except as otherwise provided
