Homestead Property; constitutional amendment to limit assessed value of property purchased & used as homestead property after sale of homestead property to just value of homestead property sold, subject to specific requirements, & to increase homestead exemption from $25,000 to $50,000. Amends ss. 4 & 6, Art. VII.
