GENERAL BILL by Davis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera ; Spratt

Vessel Safety; provides exception for purposes of law enforcement to provisions requiring display of lighted lamps; revises requirements for reports to FDLE of Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm. of certain accidents involving vessels; provides legislative intent to authorize state & local law enforcement agencies to operate in federally designated safety zones, security zones, regulated navigation areas, & naval vessel protection zones, etc. Amends FS.
