Services/Research/Related to Elderly; creates Program of All-inclusive Care for Elderly; authorizes Elderly Affairs Dept. & AHCA to contract with certain entities to provide benefits under program; requires Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute to establish workgroup on emergency mental health services for persons with dementia; provides for additional members of board of directors of Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute, etc. Amends FS.
