Protection & Care for Elders; reclassifies offense of aggravated abuse of elderly person or disabled adult from second degree felony to first degree felony; provides that Elderly Affairs Dept. may fund efforts to dispel stereotypes concerning mature residents in this state; provides for establishment of memory disorder clinic at Morton Plant Hospital in Pinellas Co.; provides for Fla. Mental Health Institute in Pinellas Co., etc. Amends FS.
