Care & Treatment of Children; authorizes CFS Dept. to have health screening performed on certain children; provides for mental & physical examinations, educational assessments, & additional services; provides requirements for authorization to prescribe or administer psychotropic medication; provides parental right to consent or refuse to consent to medical care & treatment; requires dept. to prepare & maintain child resource record, etc. Amends Ch. 39, 409.145.
