CS/HB 165: Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Dick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Antone ; Holloway
Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance; provides for 6-month vehicle registration for persons reinstating driver's license that has been suspended for DUI; requires persons whose license or registration has been suspended or revoked due to violation of DUI to maintain, for 3 years, noncancelable liability coverage as described in specified provisions; authorizes insurers to cancel certain motor vehicle insurance policies under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
