GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones

Health Care Practitioners/Education; deletes requirements for Health Dept. to administer electronic continuing education tracking system for said practitioners; provides for enforcement of continuing education requirements required for license renewal; provides for discipline of licensees who fail to meet continuing education requirements as prerequisite for license renewal three or more times, etc. Amends 456.025,.072; creates 456.0251.
