GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Peaden

Human Health; requires hospitals to offer immunizations against influenza virus & pneumococcal bacteria to all patients 65 years of age or older during specified time periods, subject to availability of vaccines; requires report by AHCA re licensure of emergency departments located off premises of hospitals; deletes requirements for DOH to administer electronic continuing education tracking system for health care practitioners, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $338,917.
