Boca Raton Airport Authority; (Palm Beach Co.) provides for codified charter for said authority; creates said authority; provides for its membership, terms of office, officers, quorum, & meetings; defines powers & duties of authority; defines relationship between authority, City of Boca Raton, Palm Beach Co., & State of Florida; provides for continued vesting of title to land comprising Boca Raton Airport in Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund, etc.
