GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Geller

Residential Tenancies/U.S. Flag; prohibits landlord from preventing tenant from displaying United States flag in or on dwelling unit regardless of certain rental agreement provisions; relieves landlords of liability for any damages caused by displaying United States flag; prohibits tenants from displaying United States flag in manner that infringes upon other tenant's property; provides for injunctive relief. Amends 83.67.
