GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Margolis
Regional Cultural Facilities; revises time period during which specified total amount of grants may be awarded to said facility; provides for adjustment of total cost of regional cultural facility project within specified limits; provides for use of grant funds if commencement of project occurs prior to award of such funds; revises requirement for receipt of state matching funds by local sponsoring organization under Cultural Endowment Program. Amends 265.702,.606.
