Fiduciary Relationships; includes additional investment instruments within definition of term "security account"; specifies circumstances in which court authorization is not required for trustee to exercise his or her power when conflict of interest exists; provides that adjustments affecting value of trust assets are not deemed to benefit trustee under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 711.501, 737.402,.403, 738.104,.1041,.303.
