Domestic Security Initiatives Chief; provides for security assessments of all buildings, facilities, & structures owned or occupied by state agencies, state universities & community colleges, by employees & within existing resources of same; provides for subsequent security assessments; requires chief to communicate to local governments & water management districts re security assessments of buildings & facilities, etc. Amends 943.0311; reenacts 332.14(7)(b).
