Insurance Agents; deletes resident agent requirement for certain property, casualty, & surety insurers; requires surplus lines agents to comply with consumer protection laws; requires nonresident licensees to complete continuing education courses re ethics & unauthorized entities engaging in insurance business; provides requirements for licensure of nonresident surplus lines agents, etc. Amends Ch. 626, 624.425,.426.
