Name Change Petitions; requires said petitions to include copy of petitioner's fingerprints; authorizes use of such information to determine certain criminal background information concerning petitioner; requires FDLE to submit copy of such reports to HSMV; provides that petitioner shall bear any cost associated with fingerprinting; reenacts specified provisions for purpose of incorporating amendments, etc. Amends 68.07; reenacts 382.002(13),.016(1)(c).
