GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Detert

Financial Entities & Transactions; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require electronic submission of forms, documents, or fees; authorizes commission to prescribe requirements for destroying books, accounts, records, & documents; requires licensure of mortgage brokerage businesses; clarifies application of certain exempt transaction provision; authorizes Financial Services Dept. to adopt rules for disposition of personal financial or health information, etc. Amends FS.
