GENERAL BILL by Crist
Motor Vehicle Emissions; authorizes persons to report license plate number of vehicle emitting visible emissions from its exhaust pipe to DEP via telephone hotline; provides for caller to hotline to remain anonymous; requires dept. to maintain database for tracking reports & notify vehicle owner; requires dept. to notify local law enforcement agency following receipt of three reports within specified period from different sources, etc. Amends 316.2935.
