GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Water Resources Management; deletes provision directing portion of sales tax revenues to Ecosystem Management & Restoration Trust Fund for water quality improvement & water restoration purposes; provides for deposit of such revenues into General Revenue Fund; eliminates Ecosystem Management & Restoration Trust Fund as funding source for Water Quality Improvement & Water Restoration Grant Program. Amends 212.20, 403.885.
