SB 1874: Guardians for Unborn Children
GENERAL BILL by Webster
Guardians for Unborn Children; defines term "ward" for purposes of Fla. Guardianship Law to include unborn child for whom guardian has been appointed by court; provides procedures for appointing guardian of unborn child; directs that court receive as evidence medical evaluations or other reports, documents, or testimony by competent professionals before authorizing guardian of unborn child to consent to certain placements or procedures. Amends 744.102,.3021,.3725.
