Trust Funds; terminates specified trust funds within Justice Administrative Commission, Corrections Dept., & State Courts System; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of trust funds; prescribes procedures for termination of trust funds; amends specified provisions to conform; repeals provision re Family Courts Trust Fund to conform. Amends 27.702, 28.101, 741.01, 948.09; repeals 25.388.
