Patient Safety Corporation; authorizes corporation to create not-for-profit corporate subsidiaries; requires corporation & certain subsidiaries to be subject to public meetings & records requirements; exempts corporation & certain subsidiaries from certain provisions re procurement of personal property & services; requires corporation to seek private-sector funding & apply for grants for certain purposes, etc. Creates 381.0271.
