Food Safety; revises provisions exempting operator of minor food outlet from requirement to obtain food permit from Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; provides for exemption to be based on amount of floor space used to display & store food items rather than amount of shelf space used for food items, etc. Amends 500.12,.121.
