GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Benson
Dept. of Management Services; removes requirement re certain agencies planning to terminate lease; requires dept. to coordinate strategic planning re state owned facilities with local governments; provides that state agencies may not lease privately owned building if such building was in Florida Facilities Pool in previous 3 years; repeals provision re sale of unused public lands, etc. Amends Ch. 255, 287.057; repeals 270.27; creates 215.3215. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
