GENERAL BILL by Public Safety & Crime Prevention ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barreiro
DOC/Housing Federal Prisoners; authorizes Corrections Dept. to contract with Federal Government to house prisoners convicted in federal courts in this state; specifies conditions to be included in, & to be excluded from, such contracts; provides circumstances under which federal prisoners are subject to laws & rules applicable to persons committed for violations of laws of this state. Amends 944.091.
