GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery ; Peaden ; Bennett ; Haridopolos ; Garcia

State Vehicles/Law Enforcement; provides that term "official state business" shall be construed to permit use of state vehicles by law enforcement officers for going to & from lunch breaks & incidental stops for personal errands; provides reimbursement for certain off-duty use; provides for rules. Amends 287.17; creates 284.311.
