SB 1942: Farm Labor
GENERAL BILL by Hill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Farm Labor; provides that persons who use services of farm labor contractors must guarantee payment of applicable wages due to certain farm workers; provides legal remedies for farm workers whose wages were not paid as due; provides for recovery of unpaid wages & of liquidated damages in specified circumstances. Creates 450.39,.395.
