GENERAL BILL by Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Margolis
Local Government Funding; adjusts phase-out of service charge on local gas option taxes; deletes redirection of funds into local transportation grant programs; requires that proceeds of service charge be deposited into Local Government Half-cent Trust Fund & distributed through emergency distribution; revises criteria for county to be eligible to receive emergency distribution, etc. Amends 215.211, 218.65.
