Descent of Intestate Estate; authorizes court to extend right of succession to surviving heirs under certain circumstances when decedent's lineage cannot be fully documented because it includes Holocaust victim; limits application of statutes of limitation & laches under certain circumstances; defines term "Holocaust victim". Amends 723.103.
