JOINT RESOLUTION by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goodlette ; Kilmer ; Pickens
Cost on State Government; constitutional amendment to require that any proposed amendment requiring state government to spend more than $10 million per fiscal year must identify new revenue source sufficient to pay for that increased spending & to identify new revenue source, such as proposed constitutional amendment would be required to specify new state taxes or fees that would be imposed if voters approved that amendment, etc. Creates s. 8, Art. XI.
