Interstate Compact for Juveniles; provides authority for execution of said compact; provides for purpose of such compact; provides for Interstate Commission for Juveniles; provides that commission is body corporate & joint agency of compacting state; provides duties, powers & responsibilities of commission; provides for State Councils for Interstate Juvenile Supervision; provides that actions of commission are binding upon compacting states; provides applicability, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
Effective Date: 07/01/2004 except as otherwise provided
