GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Henriquez ; Kyle

Motor Fuel Tax Relief Act of 2004; provides for reduction in motor fuel tax for one month; provides dealer requirements; provides for reduction in certain refunds for same period; makes unlawful certain activities of certain entities re tax reduction; provides criminal penalties; includes offenses specified in this act under investigation & prosecution authority of Statewide Prosecution Office, etc. Amends 16.56, 206.026, 206.404. APPROPRIATION: $67,850,000.
