Workers' Comp. for First Responders; revises provisions re compensation for occupational diseases & repetitive exposure to provide exception for first responders; provides that certain conditions re smallpox vaccinations are an injury by accident arising out of employment for purposes of certain provisions; provides conditions for compensation for first responders for cases involving mental or nervous injuries, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
