GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Benson ; Goodlette ; Joyner ; Kottkamp ; Mahon ; Negron ; Ross ; Sansom

State Judicial System; authorizes Supreme Court to impose certain appearance fees on certain attorneys; requires electronic transmittal to DOR of moneys collected by clerks of court for subsequent distribution to state entities; revises certain budget proposal & operations procedures for court-related functions of clerks of court; revises county funding requirements for certain equipment & support staff, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $26,500,000.
