Rec.; revises exemption from public-records requirements for personal information contained in motor vehicle record; removes requirement that exemption be conditioned on request for exemption by person who is subject of record; restricts release of social security numbers & medical & disability info.; revises certain conditions under which HSMV may release info. in connection with legal proceeding, etc. Amends 119.07.
