Mentally Ill Inmates/Treatment; deletes provision requiring DOC to contract with CFS Dept. for mental health services for mentally ill inmates; provides legislative intent re involuntary administration of psychotropic medications to mentally ill inmate who refuses treatment & poses threat to others; revises period during which involuntary mental health treatment may be provided; extends period for providing such treatment in nonemergency situation, etc. Amends 945.41,.42,.48,.49.
