SB 2034: Investigative Incident Reports

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Investigative Incident Reports; authorizes court to order that investigative incident report be sealed by criminal justice agency that makes report; provides requirements for petition to seal investigative incident report; requires that order to seal report be forwarded to any agency that received such report to which order pertains; requires FDLE to notify court of noncompliance, etc. Amends 943.045; creates 943.0595.
