GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Adoption; restricts ability of CFS Dept. to remove child from home of foster parent or court-ordered custodian under certain circumstances; provides exception to requirement that department consent be attached to adoption petition; requires waiver of department consent under certain circumstances. Amends 39.812, 63.062.
