Rec.; conforms public records exemptions to revised definition governing child development programs & providers; specifies that names of child development personnel provided to central abuse hotline staff for purposes of reporting child abuse, abandonment, or neglect are confidential; extends exemption from public records requirements provided for school readiness records to records in certain child development programs, etc. Amends Ch. 39, 119.07, 411.011.
