GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Lynn
Prescription Drugs; prohibits use or attempted use of false or stolen driver's license or identification card to obtain prescription drug from pharmacist or dispensing practitioner; provides penalty; reenacts specified provision re RICO definitions, to incorporate amendment to specified provision, in reference thereto. Amends 499.005,.0691; reenacts 895.02(1)(a).
