SB 2166: Emergency Medical Dept./Licensure

GENERAL BILL by Peaden

Emergency Medical Dept./Licensure; provides that, notwithstanding any right or privilege granted to licensed hospital, a medical facility located away from primary premises of licensed hospital may not be licensed as, or represent itself to public to be, emergency department of licensed hospital. Amends 395.003.
