GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders

Public Health; authorizes funds from Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund to be disbursed to Biomedical Research Trust Fund in DOH; provides that certain positions within DOH are exempt from limitation on number of authorized positions; amends provisions re Children's Medical Services program; creates Infants & Toddlers Early Intervention Program with DOH; revises reporting requirements to trauma registry data system maintained by DOH, etc. Amends FS.
