SB 2194: Long-term Care

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Long-term Care; requires Elderly Affairs Dept. to develop model service system to transfer services provided to persons 60 years of age or older into managed, integrated long-term-care delivery system; requires service system to be supervised by single resource center on aging in each service area; authorizes dept. & AHCA to develop capitation rates for certain long-term-care service packages, etc. Amends 430.205.
