SB 2232: Workers' Comp./Alternative Coverage
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Workers' Comp./Alternative Coverage; requires employer with fewer than four employees who has elected alternative coverage to workers' comp. to post notice at each worksite to this effect; provides that every corporate officer who elects said coverage must proceed at common law in any action to recover damages for injury or death brought against employer; provides for subcontractors to give evidence of alternative coverage to contractors, when applicable, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 489.115,.515.
