GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Haridopolos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Communications Services; specifies period during which actual cost of operating substitute communications system is exempt from tax on communications services; creates Government-Owned Communications Study Commission to review provision of communications services by local governments; prohibits certain rate changes of PSC from taking effect before specified date, etc. Amends 202.16,.19,.20,.21.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
