SB 2324: Food Service Employee Training
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Food Service Employee Training; provides that approval of said training program is subject to continued compliance by private nonprofit provider & its program with laws & rules of Hotels & Restaurants Div. of DBPR; authorizes division to conduct random audits of providers; authorizes division to adopt rules for maintenance of records concerning food service employees & establishments; authorizes division to adopt rules re revocation of program approval. Amends 509.049.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
